One of the biggest challenges of people who are web3 curious but not web3 native is to figure out the complexity of wallets and chains.

In order to use a platform, users have to download a wallet software, figure out how to create a new wallet, how to secure seed-phrases, what happens if the seed phrase is lost, how to pay for transactions, how to save themselves from scams etc.

Lost seed phrases have resulted in the loss of 20% of bitcoin in circulation – .

The onboarding difficulty is the biggest hurdle to mainstream web3 adoption - with only 4% of the world currently using web3 vs 67% of the world that uses web2

The most important use case of Plurality is its ability to give users an easy login process to web3 platforms. Plurality hides the complexity of wallets and allows dApps to onboard their users using just their emails and/or social logins.

We make the unit of interaction with a platform to be a profile instead of a wallet, giving users an abstraction that they are already familiar with.

Using Plurality's ProfileConnect widget, applications can easily configure what kind of login process do they want to provide their users and the associated profile that they want to use.

Plurality uses a robust multi-party compute network powered by the to enable easy login feature while being fully self-custodial. We can never see/use your keys.
